Land Development

Land and property can be acquired compulsorily or rights over said land for a number of reasons, whether that be new infrastructure in the form of road schemes, railways, utilities, pipelines and renewable energy schemes to name but a few.

The introduction of the new Electronic Communications Code has a brought about considerable uncertainty. We have advised numerous landowners and achieved the best possible rents under the new code.
